One saying I’ve never understood is, “Don’t fill up on bread!” When I go out, filling up on bread is basically the GOAL.

If I can go to Olive Garden and stuff myself so silly on bread and salad that I don’t want my meal—and can then take my meal home with me for tomorrow?

Well, where I come from, I call that a free dinner, baby.

It’s the cheapest least nutritional thing you can get.

I usually eat the gum stuck up under the tables. I did that in school when I was I got hungry.

It’s fun because you never know what flavor you’ll get.

          Always a surprise.

          And it’s FREE…FUH-REE.

My husband and I don’t eat out. But when we do, we stack deals. Fed ourselves lunch and dinner for nearly 4 days using a $30 Uber credit I had.

I have $100 Uber eats credit to use before mid June. We are currently doing a mini car trip.

Eating free breakfast at the free hotel. And using Uber eats credit for lunch/dinner.

Yesterday, I stacked deals and we had two chipotle bowls with extra protein, a large bag of chips, and a side tortilla for around $15.

That was enough to feed us for 2 meals.

At Olive Garden get the soup instead of salad fill up on soup and bread (ask for olive oil and vinegar for dipping bread in) ask for a to go container for soup then ask for another bowl of soup.

The to go container holds two bowls of soup.

Your mom said that because she wanted you to eat your vegetables. And honestly, those things will plug you up.

                  See, mom stuff.

I do the same thing, and take extra garlic bread along with my meal. If we go to Mexican, I eat a.

lot of chips with salsa, part of my meal then carry. meal, chips home, pour salsa over my meal.

I wish I could eat that! Bread (wheat) does not agree with me. Or oats. Or seed oils.

My body has expensive taste! But it helps to keep the pain and bloating away if I avoid those things.

Always find a way to get more than you need, more than you pay for, and make sure the restaurant doesn’t make money on your meal…

                        Said no one ever.

Depends On if you’re looking to fill your stomach or nourish your body. Chips and bread don’t provide much in the way of nutrition.

What’s good for your wallet isn’t always good for Your health.

I typically and not on purpose eat a small portion of the salad and bread and eat half my dinner because they give you too much then I take the rest of the salad bread and dinner home for a full meal.

                            Two meals in one!
